Do you offer samples?

We don’t currently offer product samples and here’s why.

We used to, but they had to be made by hand, as our manufacturing setup wasn’t designed for small, one-off quantities. That made the process slow, inconsistent, and not quite up to the quality standards we aim for.

Rather than continuing to offer handmade samples, we decided to introduce something more helpful: our lifetime money-back guarantee.

This way, you can try a full-size product, properly and at your own pace and if it’s not right for your pet, we’ll refund your last order in full. No returns, no hassle.

It’s our way of taking the risk off your shoulders and making it easier to give Fettle a fair try.
