We don’t usually ask customers to return products and here’s why.

At Fettle, we offer a lifetime money-back guarantee on all our supplements. If you’re not happy or satisfied for any reason, we’ll refund your most recent order in full, no need to send anything back.

We trust our customers, and we want to make it as easy as possible to try Fettle without any pressure or hassle.


What if I want to send something back?

You're always welcome to get in touch; in most cases, we’ll simply ask for your latest order number and a few details about why things didn’t work out, and we’ll sort the rest from there.

Sometimes we’ll offer a refund. Other times, we might help you try a different product that’s better suited to your pet. We handle it on a case-by-case basis, and always with kindness.


Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know as soon as you can.
We’ll fix it straight away. Whether that means sending a replacement or refunding you in full.
