My order hasn't moved on tracking?Updated 7 days ago
We know how frustrating it can be when you’re excited for your Fettle order but the tracking hasn’t updated. Don’t worry, we’re here to help get this sorted quickly.
Step 1: Check your tracking link
Sometimes courier tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your parcel is picked up.
Click on your tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest scan.
Step 2: If there’s been no movement for 5 days
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 days, it’s possible your parcel has been delayed or misplaced.

This helps Evri investigate quickly and provide us with a case reference.

Your order number
The tracking number
A brief note saying you’ve reported it to Evri
As soon as we have this info, we’ll send you a replacement order right away — no extra charge.
