You can easily view and manage your Fettle subscription through your online account. Here’s how to do it on desktop:

1. Go to our website

Head to fettlepets.com and click the account icon in the top right corner of the homepage.

2. Log in to your account

Enter your email and password to sign in. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Orders page.

From the top menu, click on Subscriptions to access your active and inactive subscriptions.

4. View your subscription details

Here, you’ll see all your active and inactive subscriptions, including renewal frequency, products, pricing, and saved payment details.
You can also:

• Edit shipping information

• Edit billing details

• Reactivate a cancelled subscription

From this page, you can update your card details, adjust your order frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription anytime.
