Once you’ve placed your order, our excellent dispatch team will get to work packing it up with care, usually within 24–48 hours (weekends and bank holidays can add a little extra time). As soon as it’s left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. From there, you can follow your order’s journey all the way from our door to yours, so you know exactly when to expect it.
